No wheat flour! A gluten-free restaurant This was my first visit to a gluten-free place. They don't use any wheat flour at all. The interior has five counter seats and a table for two. It feels quite narrow. Gluten-free is said to help improve sleep and overall health because wheat flour can be addictive, so adjusting your diet can make a difference. It might feel insufficient just to eat, but for those who enjoy food tours, managing health is important, so we should pay attention to meals like this! I think it's nice to come here once a week and relax!

Gluten-Free Meeting I consulted with the owner and today we held a gluten-free private event! It seems that it can be held if we gather about 10 people. The all-you-can-drink menu is also completely gluten-free. We are very particular about the ingredients and everything else. I believe that cooking is love. The menu composition, filled with affection, is quite meticulous. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I want this to become a regular event. I want many people to get to know this place. Especially for those who are struggling with allergies! The location is also close to Roppongi Ichome Station, so feel free to come by. For lunch, we also serve gluten-free ramen.

Gluten-free and good for you Gluten-free food can be tasteless and you don't feel like you're eating it. But this one is really authentic! It used to be located in Roppongi 1-chome, but has moved to a new location in front of Midtown! I went there after lunch, and most of the customers were from overseas. I guess people are very conscious about food! The foreigner next to me was eating sukiyaki. I had some kind of fried food, ramen, gyoza, sweets, and cold drinks! It's easy on the stomach, so I don't get carried away. I don't mind eating quite a bit. After all, gluten-free is good for your health. I think so. There is a wide variety of dishes on the menu, and if you consult with the owner in advance, you can order a variety of dishes. The owner has created more than 100 recipes! It is even possible to charter the restaurant for private parties! A restaurant specializing in gluten-free food is very rare, and since it is located in Roppongi, I think it will become popular globally!

Incredible gluten-free food, they are the first certified gluten-free restaurant in Asia!! We had the spring rolls, egg curry and fried chicken and the Sakura cake. They also offer vegan and nut-free options. Highly recommended!
