As I proceeded deeper into the mixed-use building, a calm private room appeared beyond the door, and I felt excited by the sense of luxury. Since it is a members-only establishment that accommodates only one group per day, I was able to relax without worrying about my surroundings. The kimchi and pickles that were served first had just the right amount of spiciness, heightening my anticipation for the next meat course. The thinly sliced tongue from Omi, arranged like a flower, melted in my mouth the moment I tasted it, leaving a refreshing lemon flavor lingering. The comparison of the exquisite tenderloin showcased the robust flavor of the lean meat and the elegant fat, which I enjoyed lightly with wasabi and grated ponzu. The carefully chosen tableware and the lemon tray inspired by the Hyakunin Isshu were impressive, and I felt special throughout the entire experience.
