The Japanese restaurant Honoka is located in Higashi-Azabu, tucked away in front of Raccoon Park. It is the perfect place for a dinner with other adults, where you can relax and have a great meal. The faintly glowing signboard at the entrance, and the Japanese-style objet d'art from the stairs to the entrance to the interior of the restaurant, all heightened my anticipation. Inside the restaurant, you will be amazed at the thickness of the wide, one-piece wooden counter, and you will feel at home with the gentle lighting. There are three seats at the table, and the space is quite wide enough for you and your neighbor to talk in peace. Now, the dishes. All the dishes are carefully prepared, and the seriousness of the work can be seen in the way the knife is used to decorate the dishes. The seasonal dish, bamboo shoots, was delicious. Also, the taste of the simmered dish, a firm taste of blame that I like. The black mullet roast had fluffy meat and exquisite grilled skin. The rice was also delicious and very satisfying. Sake was even more satisfying with an abundance of draft sake. About ³,000 per person. I will go back again.
