Maison Rostang

Standing near Place de Ternes in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, "Maison Rostan" was founded in 1978 by Michel Rostan and has been a distinguished house preserving 45 years of French classical cuisine. Today, since 2008 the kitchen has been led by chef Nicolas Boman, who creates dishes that fuse tradition and modernity. The signature is a quenelle of lake pike-perch with lobster cream, with the tableside preparation in front of you a particular delight. Along with a 1,500-bottle wine cellar, it promises a two-Michelin-star experience.
