Opened in July 2010, this is a western-style confectionery store with a Japanese heart. The store's "ninety-two and four" is a play on the name of the patissier.â Although it is a western-style confectionery shop, it also has a Japanese taste, The store has a relaxed atmosphere with only two tables.
