Located on the top floor of a building a short walk from Shinjuku Station, the moment you step out of the elevator, a sense of specialness envelops you. The completely private room with dim lighting allows you to forget the hustle and bustle of the city, and if you sit by the window, you can enjoy the sparkle of the streets. The course begins with a tataki of A5 rank wagyu, where the combination of egg yolk and salmon roe fills your mouth with a luxurious flavor. The following braised pork is so tender that the chopsticks glide right in, and a hint of sansho pepper sharpens the aftertaste. The main dish, sukiyaki, allows you to compare sirloin and ribeye, with a rich dipping sauce and fluffy egg perfectly intertwining. Even the udon and seasonal sorbet served at the end are carefully prepared, allowing you to enjoy a happy mood until the very last moment.
