Unagi no Kokoro

We take pride in our thick and fluffy eel. Served with fragrant pepper, it enhances the umami of the eel. You can also enjoy it with liver soup, and the balance between eel and rice is exquisite. Since we use eels farmed in-house, we offer them at a reasonable price.

Opened on November 22, 2022, in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture. While being new, it is loved by locals as an eel specialty restaurant, providing delicious eel to many people every day. We are also considering franchise expansion, aiming for further growth.
