A limited time event from July to August for 15 days featuring the chef's recommended clam, corn, and asparagus paella, roast beef, seafood bowl, miso ramen, beef tendon demi-glace stew, Neapolitan pasta, and gnocchi finished with Grana Padano cheese, among many other dishes using Hokkaido ingredients. Ricetta's original Hokkaido delicious food fair.
