The interior is small, but there are private rooms where you can relax. The appetizer of chicken tataki with ponzu sauce has a pleasant contrast between the warm meat and the cold ponzu, making it refreshing to enjoy. The sashimi platter includes sea bream, bonito, sandfish, swordfish, and amberjack, all of which are very fresh and full of flavor. The dishes that utilize ingredients from Iyo are simple, allowing you to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. There is also a selection of local sake from Ehime, which you can enjoy pairing with the food. The staff's attentiveness is meticulous, and they adjusted the portion of grilled fish to suit one person, which was very helpful.
