ANAGO Mini Kaiseki (conger eel mini meal) available for lunch only and by reservation only. This is a light meal that includes the famous "deep-fried conger eel tempura" and grilled conger eel rice (half-size, medium), appetizers, and soup. It is not as heavy as kaiseki, and is recommended for those who wish to enjoy a meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Dishes are served one at a time, depending on how much you like to eat. The grilled anago rice (medium) can be changed to "Selected thick top-grade conger eel (half-size)" (+1,000 yen, to be declared at the time of reservation).

This is a slightly luxurious lunchtime set meal available only on weekdays, in which you can enjoy both grilled and boiled anago at the same time. With shirasa shrimp tempura, this set meal is more glamorous than a stacked anago and more casual than a kaiseki (Japanese-style meal). Reservations are required by the day before.

This is a special limited-time-only course that includes the popular evening-only mini-kaiseki, which features the famous "anago ipponage tempura" (deep-fried conger eel) and carefully selected half-size thick conger eel rice, plus one steamed blue crab for two people. The menu is a refined combination of grilled and deep-fried dishes with a moderate number of seasonal delicacies typical of the Seto Inland Sea. This course is recommended for a dinner after sightseeing or for those who value quality but not quantity. Male/female and size of fish may vary depending on fishing and availability at the time. *Some of the dishes may be subject to change depending on availability.

This is an evening-only mini kaiseki course featuring the famous "deep-fried conger eel tempura" and carefully selected thick conger eel rice (half-size). The menu also includes seasonal appetizers, soup, and sweet dishes. This course is recommended for a dinner after sightseeing or for those who value quality over quantity. This course has a smaller number of items than the Anago Zushi Kaiseki. Ainori rice with grilled and boiled conger eel is available for an additional 1,000 yen (to be declared at the time of reservation).
