After walking a short distance from the station and opening the door, you are greeted by a calm space with a counter that spreads out underground and navy blue walls. In front of you, the open kitchen allows for casual conversations with the chef, and the sounds and aromas of cooking come alive. The menu combines seasonal ingredients available in Japan with Italian techniques, and the shiitake mushrooms and fresh fish had an surprisingly light flavor. The balance of saltiness, acidity, sweetness, and umami is meticulous, making each dish delicious in a lingering way. Not only the pasta and main dishes, but even the dessert we had at the end was full of creativity, bringing a smile to my face. With a calm atmosphere and attentive service, I was able to enjoy a special moment in a casual setting.
