In a calm space reminiscent of a traditional farmhouse, you can enjoy a leisurely meal. The ingredients are fresh, and the meticulous attention to detail in each dish is evident. The sashimi has a clean and delicious flavor, and you can be satisfied with everything from grilled to fried dishes. The aroma of the sea bream rice cooked in a clay pot is delightful, and I was able to finish it all. You can also enjoy seasonal conger eel and pufferfish, with the delicate knife work allowing the texture to feel fluffy. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to ask questions, and the menu changes frequently, making each visit exciting.
