In a cozy space tucked away under the elevated structure, you can spend your time in a calm atmosphere. You can enjoy various local dishes from Amami, and it's fun to choose from different types of brown sugar shochu. The chicken rice is very satisfying, with a clear broth, stewed chicken and shiitake mushrooms, combined with the aromas of papaya, ginger, and tankan. The pork miso, bitter melon, and tempura of mozuku, along with the tender sweet and spicy simmered cartilage, are particularly impressive. The sashimi pairs well with the slightly sweet Kyushu soy sauce, and the fried chicken is irresistible. It's also delightful to listen to live performances of Shimauta, which brightens your mood.
