I was staying near Tokyo Station and searched for a good Japanese restaurant, and this place came up, so I made a reservation. The interior was relatively spacious, dimly lit, and had a nice atmosphere. Every dish was flavorful and delicious. There was also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, which was wonderful! I would like to visit again.
Casually enjoy domestic craft beer with a touch of Japanese flavor
NUMBER 6 is a café-dining spot where you can casually enjoy domestically produced craft beer and dishes that incorporate elements of Japanese cuisine. Each plate subtly hides Japanese umami, such as jerk chicken marinated in shio-koji. Pairings with a wide variety of domestic craft beers, craft gin, and Japanese whisky are also highly regarded. From a light drink to a full meal, it is a place that suits your mood for the day.
I love the lineup of national sake (sake and shochu) that would make a maniac swoon, my personal connections with sake breweries, my deep love for national sake and the people involved with it, and the development of entrées that go well with national sake!

A Kobe beef certified restaurant located on Gransta Yaesu B1F, directly connected to Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit. The Kisshokichi Group, which leads the industry as the restaurant chain in Kobe with the largest volume of Kobe beef handled locally, has expanded to Tokyo to showcase the excellence of Kobe beef. Its inventive lineup — A5 wagyu steak, Kobe Motomachi beef cutlet (bifukatsu), and Kobe beef steak sushi — surprises visitors.
We had a lovely experience eating at the counter at Tempura Fukamachi. Unfortunately, we were seated right in front where the oil splatter covers were, so we couldn't really see what the chefs were doing... but whatever magic they worked... the food was delicious. All the food was perfectly cooked, and despite everything being fried, I did not feel like the meal was oily at all. Normally, I can't handle eating too many fried items, but the omakase lunch was so good I look forward to eating there again!

The presentation of this restaurant is the most beautiful of all the restaurants we have visited.
Especially, the amuse and birthday plate are too cute.
All the dishes were so easy to eat that they changed my concept of French cuisine. I was overwhelmed by the volume of each dish and was very full.
The sophisticated space, the food that you can enjoy with all your senses, and the excellent service, it was a handsome restaurant that I would definitely want to introduce to others.

This restaurant boasts a stunning view from the 28th floor, where you can indulge in modern Italian cuisine. With over 400 varieties of wine and champagne available, it creates a special experience for guests. You can be sure to enjoy a pleasant time in a sophisticated setting.
I feel that this is a popular restaurant. The first dish, a marinated vegetable, has a pleasant aroma and prepares the palate nicely. The game terrine is rich in flavor with a variety of ingredients, and it pairs well with the vegetables. The fish broth is rich in umami, free of any off-flavors, and it was satisfying with plenty of ingredients. The burger, layered with short-horn beef pâté, a fried egg, lettuce, and lardons, has a perfect balance of lean meat and fat, making it thoroughly enjoyable. The staff's subtle attentiveness is also pleasant, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.

A Space to Enjoy Authentic French Cuisine and a Wide Selection of Wines
This restaurant, renovated from a historic sake shop founded in 1923, offers a casual atmosphere where guests can enjoy authentic French cuisine alongside an extensive selection of wines. The underground wine cellar boasts around 10,000 bottles, available at a wide range of price points. Diners can savor the exquisite pairing of food and wine.
The char-grilled fillet of Sanda beef had the perfect balance of lean meat and sweet fat. Tomosankaku, even with its high fat content, can be enjoyed with the charbroiled beef and wasabi soy sauce.
While the meat was expected to be excellent, the cold corn soup, sea urchin (rare sea), sea bream, and sweet shrimp from the seafood platter were presented at their best and made for a satisfying combination.
The additional abalone was also a gem, with both the heat and the sauce bringing out the best flavor.
The food was served at a good tempo and was comfortable. The counter seats are a bit small, but just barely acceptable. Considering the location, the sake prices are reasonable. The sea urchin hand rolls are a nice entertainment.

Last time I went to the bar on the lower floor of the Mandarin, but honestly, it didn't really resonate with me...
This time, I decided to change things up and visit the lounge bar where I had afternoon tea in the past! The scones from that time were so delicious that they stuck in my memory~♡
This time, I ordered the original gin. It had a lovely aroma and was easy to drink, and I thought, 'I really want a lot of people to try this!' It was a drink that made me feel that way.
The window seats have an amazing atmosphere and are perfect for a date♡ The sofa seats were bustling with business meetings, and at the counter, there were families enjoying their meals... it had a diverse and interesting vibe◡̈
After all, this place was just right for a 'reward time'♬
