Sumibiyaki Unagi Ryori Komekichi opened as one of the few eel specialty restaurants in Hirosaki and is loved by both locals and tourists. You can see the cooking process from inside the restaurant, and the eel grilled right in front of you is served with a fragrant aroma and perfect grilling. Along with the attentive service, you can savor a variety of dishes that highlight the characteristics of the Tsugaru region.
