You said the peaches were from Yamanashi prefecture, Maybe... (my memory is limited) But it was so delicious! I remember that perfectly ✧︎*. Mignardises are ☽Cheesecake ☽Opera ☽macarons Raisin Butter Sandwiches Small and cute! But of course, authentic and delicious. And this month's 4th anniversary event. I'm looking forward to it. First of all, the first plate. Clockwise from top right. ☺︎ gateau-chocolat Caramelized walnuts ☺︎ Tarte Tatin (Nagano red bean) Apple cinnamon ice cream ☺︎Swan choux (lime from Wakayama) Panda puff (pistachio cream) (raspberry, air in chocolate) ☺︎ Eierschücke (German cheesecake) One plate really makes my heart flutter¨¨♡︎ It's too delicious and the details are amazingly well done. I don't know how to simply describe it in one word: "delicious sweets. I don't know if "delicious sweets" is an easy way to describe it. I'm not sure if "delicious sweets" is the right word to describe it. This year, we also have panda puffs by Dolce Panda ⑅︎◡̈︎*. I've been going to this event every year since our first anniversary. It's a parfait for fig lovers! I can't drink coffee. I basically don't eat coffee jelly either. but this coffee jelly has a bit of sweetness and is easy to eat. ♡ 2020.8.12 Kyoto AssietteDessert Unfinished 🍑 ❥Peach parfait It's been a long time since I've been to Kyoto, and it's been a long time since I've been to unfinished ✧︎*. Without eating the peach parfait by Uncompleted Peach life is not over ⑅︎◡̈︎*. First of all, Yamanashi Iwashirako peaches. This one is compote only a few millimeters on the outside. and the inside is fresh. This is my first experience! It's a perfect combination of the best of both worlds! The compote liquid is jellied around the peaches. It sparkles and shines! I always like to break up the clumped jellies I always like to break up the clumped jellies I love how beautifully it is served. Streusel, the texture is fun and and so delicious! Unfinished, even these small parts are I love the way they are so surprisingly delicious. Peach sauce, creme d'Anjou Smooth and delicious I want to eat it all at once..! The green part is chiffon cake with shiso leaves peach parfait, vanilla espuma mousse I was already crazy about eating these dishes. I think I was eating at a very fast pace. Sumomo no sauces, Sumomo no parfait. The sweet and sour turn is also great. At the bottom are vacuum compote peaches and coconut blancmange. Truly amazing from start to finish... I know it's insanely delicious. When I made my reservation, I asked for two peach parfaits each. I seriously wondered if I could ask for two peach parfaits at the reservation stage. ♡ 2019.12.25 Kyoto AssietteDessert by Unfinished. 🎄 ❥Christmas course We had a Christmas course at Mimitsu. I had it at ☺️ It was a very nice course, so I'm going to split it into two posts. I'm going to split it into two posts✨First half of the course: ✏︎ The order of the courses is different from the order of the photos. Here is the order of the courses ☺︎ baba (5th photo) Soaked brioche dough (Warm!) Top with cardamom ice cream. You can enjoy it cold and hot: ☺️ ☺︎ creme d'Anjou (the 3rd or 4th one) The glitter on top is kumquat compote kumquat compote in jelly and sauce. The red one is a granite of red core radish ↑up radish...I thought ⁉️ Smooth creme d'Anjou It was a wonderful accent 🥰. ☺︎Paribrest Christmas wreath style (1st or 2nd picture) Delicious and pretty! The best Christmas feeling ever! A dish that kills three birds with one stone🎄. The cream is pistachio The fruit on top is Marihime🍓 from Wakayama Red Madonna 🍊 Freshly baked pistachio Chiffon cake (smells so good!) The white slab is a meringue Meringue with Prickly Ash The white powder is peanut oil white powder is peanut oil in powder form. Every part of the cake was so delicious that I couldn't stop using my knife and fork! We shared two kinds of parfait☺️💕 It's so luxurious to be able to see the parfait being made right in front of your eyes! It's so luxurious to be able to see the parfait being made right in front of your eyes! Unfinished's parfaits are always so sparkling! I feel happy just looking at them! I was even happier when I ate it! It was honestly delicious 💕☺️💕 I remember last year's 1st anniversary event. I was somewhat deeply moved by it. ☺️✨ Congratulations again on your 2nd anniversary. I'm looking forward to our third year 💕.
