Extra Cold is a super dry beer served at sub-zero temperatures (-2°C to 0°C) that can only be installed in establishments that meet strict certification standards, utilizing a state-of-the-art temperature management system and dedicated server. The introduction of a new dedicated tap has made the foam even finer and smoother.

The water is sourced from 'Miracle Miyamizu', which can only be found in Hamacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, and it is carefully brewed using the traditional Kimoto method, which is the foundation of sake making. With a refined aroma of cedar barrels, it has a clean and rich flavor that becomes more delicious the more you drink it, truly making it an exquisite sake from Nada. It is a sake from Hyogo.
