The customer service and atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent. The restaurant was very clean, even though they use oil. The food was delicious as expected. The batter was crispy and the inside was juicy and delicious. Ginger lovers should definitely order this dish as the red ginger enhances the flavor. The onions, locally grown in Awaji, were sweet and the meat was tender. There was one customer ahead of us, but after we entered the restaurant, there were four more customers, which made us feel that it is a very popular restaurant.
