This is a street Chinese restaurant located on the east side of Sannomiya, with an atmosphere that is easy to enter even for one person. I sat at the counter and first enjoyed the ramen, which was a simple yet delicious Chinese noodle soup. In addition to miso and soy sauce, you can also choose curry and soy milk ramen, and the thin noodles pair well with the rich broth. The fried rice is not greasy and is finished off nicely, with plenty of ingredients that provide a sense of satisfaction. The freshly fried karaage has a crispy coating and is juicy on the inside, with a pleasant hint of five-spice powder. It seems like a place where you can enjoy a light drink, and the green pepper beef goes well with rice, while the potato salad is also a delightful dish.
