Curry is a drink... no, it's art♡ A stylish spice paradise found in Osaka. There are actually 4 types of monthly spice curry...!? Today, I chose 2 types that sound too stylish just by their names♡ - "Chicken keema with zucchini and pineapple scented with dill, served with chopped herb tabbouleh" - "Pork keema with a hint of sage and liver butter, topped with sauerkraut poliyal" ...Just the names of the menu items make my stomach growl (laughs). The presentation of the curry plate is just so cute, and my excitement skyrocketed the moment it was served♡ And not only does it look good, but the taste is incredibly deep! Depending on where you scoop with your spoon, the aroma and texture change, making it like a culinary entertainment. Isn't it amazing that it's stylish yet really delicious? Moreover, unlike in Tokyo, I was pleasantly surprised that I could easily enter the Osaka shop. It's directly connected to the station, making access a breeze~! A popular curry restaurant has come to Umeda! Luxe Aire opened on April 2. A branch of the former Yamu Residence on the Sorabori shopping street opened in Balchika on the B2F! This is the third branch following the Nakanoshima Western-style building of Kyu Yamutei. We visited the one in Sorabori and enjoyed it, so we are very happy that it is now located nearby! There's a train hanging under the name of the restaurant! I heard the concept of this place is a dining car! The staff's uniforms certainly have a nostalgic feel to them, and the store's interior is fun to find with all the little things they play with! Please take a look around while you wait! The restaurant has counter seats, tables, and a large table where you can share seats. Menu, Curry of the month 993 yen A: Mutton pork keema with mustard and rape blossoms 1:1 B: Mutton pork keema with eggplant pickle 1:4 C: Coarsely minced chicken keema with hot egg D: Shimeji & Daikon Gentle Vegetable Curry with Spring Cabbage Mulled Cabbage Choose 2 out of 4 types. If you can't choose one, you can choose triple roux + ¥200 or all roux + ¥400. You can also choose from turmeric rice, white rice, or brown rice. Choose A or D for the curry and turmeric for the rice. The Maiyam Curry is served on a shiny silver plate! The nice aroma of spices makes you want to eat it as soon as possible! The turmeric rice is piled up in the center of the plate, and on top of it, there is a layer of achar! And two kinds of curry with a combination of the two! Yam curry in a separate pot. Former Yamu Railway/Osaka Two kinds of curry with aiogake (1,012 yen) I guess there are different tastes, but I still like the curry at the Old Yam Residence the best because the menu changes every month and it is a fun curry that is unique and can be tasted only here. It was nice spice.
