As soon as you go down to the basement, the lively atmosphere and calm, kappo-style ambiance make you excited. From the counter seats, you can see the chef's skill, so you won't get bored even if you're dining alone. There is also a small room in the back that can be used for small groups, which is nice for casual gatherings. On this day, the sashimi, mainly consisting of white fish like flounder and amberjack, was beautifully arranged, and I was impressed by the plump texture. The tempura of sweetfish and the fried Spanish mackerel had a light batter, making it hard to stop eating. Even the white mapo tofu we had at the end was enjoyable with its flavor variations, and I was satisfied until the very end.
