I licked the shrimp ramen! Sorry! Landed in Hokkaido! I asked the locals for their recommended ramen. It was quite late at night at Ichigen, but there was a long line. But the turnover was fast, so we were seated in about 20 minutes. I've had a lot of shrimp ramen in Tokyo, but I've never thought it was good! But this one was delicious! I think they have one in Ikebukuro, so if I want to eat there in Tokyo, I will go there! And this is the main store only, but it tastes great! It's shrimp ramen, but it also makes a statement, but... It's shrimp ramen, but it's not that shrimpy! But it's not so much shrimp. The balance is perfect. The staff in the restaurant is lively and courteous. They are fast. I don't mean to be rude, but some countryside restaurants have a low level of customer service, but this one is as good as it gets! The overall experience is perfect! I can't wait to eat here again!

I ordered the soup as is, seasoned with shrimp miso and thick noodles recommended by the waitress. The taste was surprisingly light. Personally, I prefer a light taste, so it was very good. No wonder there are so many female customers. The beer was reasonably priced at 420 yen for a small bottle. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:00 p.m. on a weekday when the weather was bad, but there was a long line of people waiting in line. There were also many colorful papers of celebrities. Even after I was seated, there was a long line again, reminding me once again of Sapporo's ramen culture. Ramen and a small bottle of beer cost 1,200 yen. Thank you very much for the food.

Ebi Soba Ichigen It's always good! The shrimp rice balls are also delicious! Ajiwai Miso is my personal favorite!
