The store has a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood, and it is very clean. The teppanyaki is cooked right in front of you, providing a great sense of presence. Fresh fish from nearby waters and Okinawan shrimp are carefully prepared, and they kindly teach you how to enjoy them. There are many options to choose from, such as shabu-shabu, steamed dishes, macrobiotic meals, and Okinawan cuisine, making it a fun experience. The staff work well together, and even with guests from various countries, they provide attentive service, allowing for a pleasant stay. Depending on the season, it is also used as a breakfast venue, where you can enjoy a wine cellar, freshly made omelets, mozuku seaweed, island tofu, and shikuwasa juice.
