Yakitori Minori

The highlight is the omakase style grilled chicken using young chicken from Yanbaru and fresh vegetables from Yamapa Farm. In addition to skewers, there are plenty of dishes that make the most of the vegetables' flavors, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The drink menu is also rich, featuring sake, natural wine, and homemade syrup soda mixes.

Although it is a small shop, a warm and homey atmosphere spreads throughout. The charm lies in the gentle personality of the owner, providing a service that makes it a safe and enjoyable space for families. It has become a place where visitors can spend a pleasant time.

This is a yakitori restaurant that opened in February 2024 in Motobu Town, Okinawa Prefecture. Utilizing the experience from Yamapa Farm, we aim to provide fresh local ingredients. Operating three days a week, we offer a special dining experience to our visitors. While cherishing the local food culture, we propose a new style of yakitori.
