By slowly grilling over charcoal, we maximize the flavor of the meat. We offer a rich menu including thick-cut short ribs and skirt steak, along with a variety of side dishes. In particular, the meat marinated in our special sauce is delicious even without dipping sauce.

Opened on February 29, 2024, in Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture. Despite being a new establishment, we aim to be a beloved yakiniku restaurant in the community by utilizing charcoal grilling techniques. As one of the chain restaurants expanding nationwide, we are bringing a fresh breeze to the local food culture.

After graduating from university, Mr. Sakai worked as an office worker for three years before setting up his own business at the age of 25. Along with starting his "sword business," he also entered the restaurant business and opened Sakai. He caused a price disruption in the industry, and in just six years of business, Sakai has opened 100 restaurants not only in the Tokai area, but also nationwide, and has even gone public.
