Kishu Kamo Soba I had a long-cherished wish to try ramen in Fukushima, a hot ramen battleground! I was torn between shellfish and duck, but I chose duck. I drank the soup and was smiling at the delicious flavor. The noodles were so chewy that I was smiling. And I was shaken by the quality of the ingredients. LOL! Rare pork and roasted duck, a level I have never encountered in ramen ingredients. The yolk of the egg was moist while the white was firm, and the center was melted. Next time I come back, I am determined to try the limited version with more ingredients. The black seven spices on the table went well with the ramen, and even though I don't usually drink all the soup, I found myself looking at the bottom of the ramen. It was delicious! The speed of serving and the courteous service of the staff were also wonderful. I was convinced that this was the reason why people were lining up for the restaurant.

Taste the delicious taste of duck @Fukushima The restaurant we were aiming for was unexpectedly closed early! They ran out of stock after it appeared on TV! At this point, it's just before 7:30pm... Oh no! I'm going to be a refugee for dinner! Last orders are usually at 7:30 p.m., which is a problem... I wondered if I could make it to the ramen shop just in time...? I passed by the restaurant with my heart pounding, and found a line of customers, and last order at 19:45! I can go! Burn it up, Mr. Mensuke! A 5-minute walk south from JR Fukushima Station. There's always a line, so it's easy to find! There is only a counter inside the restaurant. There is a ticket machine on the right as you enter, so you can buy a meal ticket. The waitress next to me told me that she recommended the "Aburi-Chashu-don" (roasted pork over rice), so I just snapped it up! ◾️ Ajitama Kishu Kamo Soba 1000 yen ◾️ Aburi-Chashu-don: 270 yen The aroma of soy sauce is so nice! The aroma is so rich and tantalizing! The soy sauce base is combined with duck soup stock, so it is gentle and mild. There is a hint of sweetness, but it is also perfectly balanced. A perfect soup! I don't usually eat soup, but this one makes me want to drink it! The noodles are straight and smooth! Seared green onions, which are delicious! I'm glad to be able to taste two kinds of chashu pork: rare chashu pork and duck! The savory aroma of the seared chashu pork bowl is irresistible and makes the chopsticks go down a treat! I was so full! I was almost a refugee at one point, so I'm so thankful I was able to get in! I was lucky that I didn't have to wait in line to get in... maybe it's because I have a good attitude? ... A ramen restaurant in Fukushima, Osaka, where a huge line is a must! Burnt Men-suke. When I go there, there happens to be only one person in line. When I go there, there happens to be only one person in line. When I entered the restaurant, there was a huge line outside again. LOL! Seriously, the soup is delicious. I don't think it's very often that you can find such a delicious soup. That's why everyone is lined up. The pork is delicious, the noodles are delicious, and I would go there even if I had to wait in line.

✏️ Burning Menzuke〖Fukushima-ku〗Osaka-city〗. ------------------------ The other night we had dinner here♪ Opened on 20/04/2016, it is famous in Osaka for its light ramen noodles with duck and shellfish broth. It is a famous place in Osaka. We were safe just in time for the reverse shutter to go off..! : : : :. 🍀Golden shellfish soba (💴780) The clear soup is The scallop and clam shellfish broth that pushes strongly against the chicken and duck is lightly touched by the umami of kombu (kelp). The shellfish broth spreads in your mouth immediately after it goes down your throat, leaving a long aftertaste. The soup is supported by a blend of naturally brewed light soy sauce and other ingredients as a Kaeshi, making its own assertion with a crisp outline. The noodles are medium-thin and straight, branded with Haruyutaka or other ingredients and low in water content. They are firm and have a milky flavor. In the latter half of the soup, the fried green onions blend into the soup, and the aroma increases due to the added flavor. You can enjoy this sweetness forever without stopping the lengua ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
