This is a restaurant where you can enjoy plenty of local seafood. The sashimi includes kombu-marinated sea bream, mackerel wrapped in seaweed, abalone, and pike conger, all of which are vibrant and delicious. The nigiri can be enjoyed with salt or with a hint of wasabi, and you can also be satisfied with squid, sea urchin, and simmered conger eel. A dish that combines the liver of the leatherjacket with ponzu sauce, followed by the addition of Naruto wakame, is an interesting flow. Dishes like mozuku seaweed, rare seaweeds, fried sardines, and blue crabs also leave a lasting impression. The flavors evoke the blessings of Tokushima, and the presentation is beautiful, making each bite a delight.
