Upon entering the restaurant, a bright and relaxed atmosphere flows, making it comfortable whether alone or with friends. We first toasted with Orion beer, and the chilled awamori lined up in bottles heightened the tropical mood instantly. The sashimi platter featured fresh tuna and yellowtail, and the richness of the accompanying special tofu was surprisingly deep. The goya champuru had a mild bitterness with a perfect saltiness that was an accent, making it hard to stop eating. The tempura of mozuku and the bouncy texture of sea grapes were enjoyable, and the table became increasingly lively. To finish, we enjoyed soki soba and the newly introduced CHURA cream pasta, allowing us to experience the essence of Okinawa and a playful spirit all at once, leaving us very satisfied.
