Umeda Yoshinozushi

The interior of the restaurant retains the atmosphere of a good old-fashioned sushi restaurant. Customers can enjoy not only the food, but also the gestures and rhythm of the sushi chefs, as they can see the chefs making sushi over the counter. The décor is not showy, but rather simple and relaxed, taking advantage of the warmth of the wood.

The history of Yoshinozushi dates back to the postwar reconstruction period. As Umeda was rapidly developing as a commercial city, Yoshino Sushi was founded with the mission of bringing the culinary culture of sushi to as many people as possible. Since then, the restaurant has maintained its taste and traditions for several decades. The company's focus has always been on the "quality of ingredients" and "nigiri (hand-rolling) techniques. The restaurant's long years of experience as a fish connoisseur are put to good use, and they purchase the best fish for each season.
