When you mix the oil-splashed noodles well, the sauce and ingredients at the bottom blend together, creating a very satisfying flavor. The spicy chicken is just the right level of heat, and I liked how tender the chicken was. There are many types of set meals, and I was happy to find that the sweet and sour pork had plenty of meat. The eggplant in a clay pot was freshly made and rich in flavor, pairing well with white rice. The dumplings with thicker skin release their deliciousness with every bite, making it hard to resist reaching for more. It's also nice that you can help yourself to salad, congee, and almond tofu, creating a welcoming atmosphere that's easy to enter even alone.
