As you enter the shop, a gentle scent of wood spreads, and a calm, cute space unfolds. The bagels made from rice flour are surprisingly chewy, and I enjoyed the different flavors like cranberry and sesame. The crispy texture of the fermented butter sandwich is subtly sweet, making it hard to stop eating. The coffee, carefully roasted on the second floor, is rich and easy to drink, even for someone like me who is not fond of acidity. A variety of teas and seasonal baked goods are also lined up, making this small shop packed with the joy of choosing. I was able to leisurely savor the carefully crafted sweets and drinks, making for a very happy café time.
