I found an excellent restaurant that I would like to go to for my regular use on days when I want to eat meat. The owner's family is a meat wholesaler in Kagoshima. The owner's family is a meat wholesaler in Kagoshima, and he buys delicious meat from there without going through the market. Kagoshima's A4-5 beef, Kurobuta pork, and Jidori chicken are all of a quality you would find in a high-class restaurant. Every dish is elaborate, and the vegetables are plentiful. The restaurant is run by a young couple, and is a concrete retreat. There are six seats at the counter and five tables for two, with plenty of space between them. The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, and many customers come alone to enjoy the warm service, as if they were visiting a friend's home. The restaurant offers a wide selection of reasonably priced wines, including New World wines, to match the meats. Shochu (Japanese liquor) selected by the owner, who is from Kagoshima, is also available. The bill is less than ￥5,000 depending on the wine. Open until late at night, it will be a favorite place to have dinner after overtime.
