Opened in 1982. Selected as one of the 100 best gyoza restaurants in the "EAT LOG". Located in Hatagaya, Tokyo, it is loved by many as a warm Chinese restaurant.

In his 20s, he trained at famous Chinese restaurants such as Tokyo Daihanten and Madame Chang's, where he was exposed to authentic dim sum techniques and Chinese food culture. With this experience, he became independent at the age of 33 and opened "您好" with the desire to "open a restaurant with just delicious dumplings. His outstanding gyoza are loved by many people.
