(*1) As of April 1, 2026, “cashews” were added to the list of specified allergens, bringing the total to nine items; however, since a labeling grace period is in effect until March 31, 2028, and we are unable to verify the ingredients, we will continue to list only eight items. ・Since “Food Allergy-Friendly Menus” are prepared in the same kitchen as other dishes containing allergens, and the same cooking utensils and cleaning equipment are used, there is a possibility of allergen contamination. Additionally, when serving buffet-style meals, the tongs and tableware used are shared among multiple dishes containing allergens. Please be aware that contamination (*2) may occur when guests use a single pair of tongs to serve themselves from multiple dishes, or when foods containing allergens come into contact with tongs or tableware.
