The calm interior centered around the counter made for a very pleasant experience with the staff's service. I was delighted that the cabbage and potato salad were free to refill, and I ended up eating a lot. The thick-cut chashu rice bowl was served hot from the frying pan, and the savory flavor of the meat was very pronounced. The ginger pork belly and onion stir-fry, which had a good amount of ginger, was juicy and made me want to eat more rice. The pork loin cutlet and fillet cutlet came with a variety of table sauces and salt, allowing me to enjoy my preferred seasoning. The chairs were comfortable, and I was able to fully enjoy the egg over rice made with the fresh eggs provided by the service, making for a very satisfying lunch.
