The staff member who guided me to the counter was cheerful, and I was able to start my meal pleasantly from the beginning. The freshly baked gyoza had a nicely browned skin, and hot meat juices overflowed from inside. The coarsely chopped cabbage added a crunchy texture that was enjoyable. The garlic was only faintly aromatic, resulting in a light aftertaste that made it easy to keep eating. The miso soup and small side dishes were also carefully prepared, enhancing my satisfaction while serving as palate cleansers. I was able to slowly savor the handmade round gyoza, leaving both my stomach and heart very satisfied.
