Delicious but... Beef Soup Curry and Hayashi Rice for take-out. At home... The hashed rice is a little different from the common demi-glace sauce, and is more like a thick soup with the sweetness of beef tendon and vegetables. It tastes sweet. It tastes sweet. It is delicious. However, the oiliness of the beef tendon comes back to my stomach afterwards. The first bite was tasty, but I gradually got tired of it. I want something in addition to the sweetness. Otherwise, I will get bored. Beef tendon curry also has a similar sweet taste. However, the spices were not effective. The spice is present, but it is very subtle and does not penetrate the nose. In short, it lacks punch. I watched the owner cooking, but all he did was heat up the curry in the pot again. I understand that this was done to save time, perhaps because he was working alone. However, it is unfortunate that it was overcooked and the aroma and taste of the spices were lost. I think it would be quite tasty if the spices were more effective. The base is delicious. As with the hashed rice, the oiliness is undeniable. Maybe I expected too much...
