The interior is surrounded by a large Ficus microcarpa and ornamental plants, making it feel like being in a small forest. It's a calm space where you can relax even when alone. The galette has crispy edges and a wonderful aroma, perfectly complementing the refreshing dressing of the salad. The hamburger is fluffy and well-coated with demi-glace, and mixing in a soft-boiled egg makes it even more delightful. The soup and herbal tea that are served first are comforting and uplifting.
