The grilled fish skewers are fun, and I am happy that I can taste a variety of them little by little. Three bite-sized appetizers are served, and I feel excited from the start. In particular, the one with swordfish wrapped in plum and shiso left a fragrant impression. The grilled sea bream skewers, octopus, mackerel, and fish cake can also be enjoyed in a well-balanced way. The rice with sea bream miso expands its flavor when eaten with condiments and wasabi. The calm atmosphere allows for a pleasant experience, and they even see you off at the end.
