The store's popular product, the rare cheesecake 'M Sebeille', is characterized by its snow-white color and delicate texture. The sweet and sour flavor of blueberries adds an accent, allowing for an elegant taste experience. Additionally, there is a variety of cakes available, including 'Grand Dalle' made with maple cream and mascarpone, and a Mont Blanc lavishly using Kumamoto chestnuts.

The store, characterized by its pure white appearance, possesses a beauty that blends into the snowy landscape, with a brick wall enhancing its charm. The interior is filled with warmth and cleanliness, and it also features an eat-in space. Flowers decorated everywhere provide a healing space for visitors.

Opened in 2002. With a commitment to quality ingredients, especially the pudding, which is crafted solely with milk to achieve softness and the richness of eggs, it has undergone numerous trials to perfect this exquisite product, earning immense popularity among the local people. It has also been featured on a popular program in Hokkaido, widely recognizing its excellence.

After nine years of training in Sapporo and Tokyo, I spent one year each in France and Belgium. Upon returning to Japan, I worked as a chef at Chocolatier Masaru in Sapporo. Later, I went back to France to learn about store interiors and package design, which helped me establish a concrete image for my own shop.
