Founded in 2016, the restaurant is operated by an owner who has been involved in the livestock industry for many years. Captivated by Ishigaki beef and Kagoshima black pork, they opened a shop on Ishigaki Island. The name 'Zelkova' means zelkova tree, which is also reflected in the interior of the restaurant. Utilizing extensive experience in the livestock industry, they provide the highest quality.
