Located in Kishiwada City, "Udonba Shin" is an udon shop characterized by its carefully selected meats and chewy noodles. The owner personally selects Tajima beef and Kobe beef from the market, and the dishes can be enjoyed in an atmosphere reminiscent of a yakiniku restaurant. The noodles, served with aromatic curry broth, are made from a unique blend of wheat, creating an exquisite texture. Dishes featuring the local specialty Inunaki pork are also popular, allowing you to experience the perfect harmony of meat and noodles.

The taste of the udon was wonderful. The noodles were thin, but still filling, and I could feel the care that went into them. The meat also had a seared flavor and was seasoned sweet and spicy, which went well with the udon. The texture of the noodles was wonderful and perfectly acceptable. Various toppings such as onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), grated daikon (grated radish), and tempura were also available, allowing us to enjoy a variety of flavors. I would also like to draw your attention to the menu items other than udon. The location of the restaurant is also personally appealing and the staff is friendly and wonderful. Thank you for the food.
