A bit of a ramen battleground, isn't it? I was in Minoh for a while... I don't know why I haven't been to the Hokusetsu area for a year. There are a lot of good restaurants, but... When I drive around in my car, I see a lot of ramen restaurants lined up in a row! Kairikiya Minoh next to Makoto-ya, and Kurobei Minoh So-honten across the street. Three stores are concentrated in a row. There are many restaurants on this street itself. But I decided to go here because it's easy to park my car and because I've eaten at Makotoya Fukushima before! And I had eaten at Makotoya Fukushima before, so I decided to go here! For my part, since I came all the way to Minoh, I would have preferred a different restaurant... Parking is available since it is a suburban restaurant. Inside the restaurant is like a box seat, and there is also a tatami room. It is made like a family restaurant. The menu is as follows Makotoya offers three types of ramen Beef Sauce Ramen Chicken Sauce Ramen Back-oil soy sauce ramen Based on this, there are ramen noodles with boiled egg, pirikara, green onion, and kimchi toppings We both don't like "cha-cha" ramen. Beef Sauce Ramen + Golden Fried Rice Set Meal: 830 yen Chicken Sauce Ramen 590 yen Crispy fried gyoza (240 yen x 2) As usual, they asked me how hard I wanted my noodles. My partner had chicken ramen and I had beef ramen... The chicken was based on a light soy sauce sauce, so it was a type of ramen that everyone could enjoy and it was delicious! The beef has a creamy soup color, but it is not as thick as it looks! However, I still prefer the chicken. The dumplings are crispy, but the bean paste is so ordinary that they may not be as tasty as they should be! I had some of the golden fried rice, and it was delicious! My partner also highly evaluated the fried rice... After writing this, I looked at the review of Makotoya Fukushima and found that they wrote almost the same thing... lol Well~ I am grateful to be able to enjoy the safe taste of Makotoya anytime I go there...(sweat) I haven't been to Minoh for a year, but I'm coming back to Minoh after this... That's how it is, isn't it~(laughs)(laughs) I'll tell you where I went later...
