I requested a course with 8 dishes plus 2 desserts. When I mentioned that I dislike milk and cheese, they kindly prepared a separate meal for just one person. I am grateful for that. Each dish was excellent, skillfully using seasonal peaches, conger eel, and pineapple. The lobster, sea bream, and beef were all incredibly delicious, prepared in various ways, and I was truly impressed. When I mentioned it was my husband's 60th birthday, they surprised us with a dessert plate featuring fireworks and a message, along with lighting and music. The people around us even gave warm applause, and we had a wonderful time. For drinks, when I consulted about beverages that would pair well with each dish, they offered sake that can only be found here and cocktails made with fermented juice, which were all very delicious and created the best memories. Thank you very much. I definitely want to visit again.
