After work Kannai "Menya Katsuji Ajitama shoyu ramen After work, I was hungry. I looked for a late-night store nearby and found this ramen shop. I also found another ramen shop that serves curry ramen? I wanted to go there so badly, but I felt it was too heavy and decided to go here. The soup here is made from beef bones. When the bowl of rice arrives, it has a beautiful visual! Aji-tama (seasoned egg), chashu (pork), menma (bamboo shoots), nori (dried laver), meshiwa (shellfish), and beef tendon! The soup is clear and beautiful. The soup is clear and clean, and the fat from the beef is probably the reason why it is not as thick as the pork bone soup! You can easily finish it! The noodles were average... If the noodles were better, I think it would sell more. I want to try the curry ramen next time!
