Located near Yodoyabashi and close to the Goryo Shrine, Oden Souzai Kisaragi is a restaurant known for its gentle-tasting oden. The homemade lotus root ganmo and water dumplings, among other carefully crafted dishes, are all heartwarming selections. The interior features a variety of tables, creating a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a café. The handmade potato salad and daily specials are also highly recommended.
