4.1

The salmon has a light flavor with no fishy taste, and the cream cheese on top is a nice accent. The salad features crisp vegetables, enhancing the sweetness of the tomatoes, broccoli, and carrots. The vegetable potage, minestrone, and cold corn soup also provide a comforting natural sweetness. The fluffy warm bread pairs well with basil oil, and when combined with the salmon, it can be enjoyed as a sandwich. The quiche-style omelet and sausage are consistently delicious. The atmosphere is calm, the staff is kind, and the service is smooth.
