Small cafe a short walk from Shinjuku Central Park. Not too crowded when I went but could be during busier times as there aren’t too many tables. Not a huge menu which is nice - they focus on a few things and do them well. Would definitely go back.

I ordered a set of quiche and soufflé, and it came with a salad and a drink, which felt like a great deal. The quiche was different from the voluminous ones that are common lately; the pastry was thin and crispy, and the flavor was delicate. I was also happy to be able to choose from two types. As for the soufflé I was aiming for, I was quite indecisive because I had to choose from over 20 varieties, but raspberry was the perfect choice. It was sweet and sour, fluffy, hot, and melted in my mouth. I heard that the batter for each soufflé is different, so I thought I should visit again. 😊 Since it was a warm day, I wondered if a reservation was necessary, but I was glad I made one after all.

This is a soufflé shop I wanted to visit for a long time. When I finally went alone, I was quite nervous because there were other customers, but the calm atmosphere of the shop made it comfortable and reassuring. The menu items I was most interested in were the meat pie and the soufflé (I boldly ordered the specialty vanilla). The freshly made pie was crispy and so juicy that it didn't even need the accompanying sauce, and the specialty soufflé I was looking forward to was large and visually impressive, with a fluffy texture that melted in my mouth and a rich vanilla flavor that was irresistible. Next time, I want to bring my family.

There are so many different types of soufflés that it's hard to choose just one, and it was fun just to look at the menu! The freshly made soufflé was also very delicious♪ I chose passion fruit. This time I also had a meat pie, which was exquisite as well!

The seats were filled shortly after opening. This time I wanted to eat a soufflé, so we shared the lunch quiche. The quiche comes with a soufflé, but you can change the size of the soufflé for an additional charge. I greedily opted for the double soufflé, but I felt like I overate (laughs). If you're really hungry, the double might be fine... or it might be better to order the regular size with a time difference (since it takes time to bake) to enjoy a different flavor... The quiche had a crispy pie crust and was fluffy on the inside, and it was very delicious.

I went alone, but since I went on a Saturday, there was no one else who came alone, so I felt a little awkward. However, the soufflé was very, very, very delicious, and I was glad I came. Next time, I definitely want to challenge myself to the large size! It was also good that I could make a reservation.

I had seen it introduced in various programs and had always wanted to go, so I was glad I could go this time. I had a set of quiche, soufflé, and a drink, and it was fun to choose from the variety available, and the taste was delicious! I would like to try a different set next time if I can go again. I went in the evening, and there were some people there for an interview, and I was wondering where it would be featured while I was having my meal (laughs).

We arrived shortly before opening. It was hot, so I was glad they let me in right away. I had been to the Jiyugaoka and Hiroo stores, but this was my first time at Yoyogi. I was glad they were doing it because it is my favorite restaurant. I had a quiche and a soufflé. It was my first time to try quiche, but the thin pie crust was delicious and to my liking. The onions were sweet and the mushrooms were flavorful, and I wanted to try the quiche again next time. The soufflé, as expected, was delicious, although I had to eat it in a hurry because it squished so quickly. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.
