The restaurant is close to Fukushima Station and is a small, counter-only restaurant run by a single mother. The food is impressive and the menu is responsive to requests. The repertoire is extensive, and the beef stroganoff was delicious. Sake, shochu, and wine are also available. The atmosphere may be a bit intimidating at first, but there is a possibility that you will become a regular customer. Lunch menu is also available and reasonably priced.
