Kawajiri Restaurant

Fresh ingredients delivered from the market and fields are composed with a French base intertwined with Japanese sensibility. Homemade bouillon and stock serve as the backbone of flavor, layered with fragrant butter, herbs, and the umami of fermentation, enhancing the natural juiciness of the ingredients. The course structure, from appetizers to mains to desserts, is characterized by a light and uplifting progression. We also offer pairings of glass wine, sake, and non-alcoholic options, further deepening and pleasantly expanding the aftertaste of the dishes.

The interior, enveloped in the warmth of wood and soft lighting, creates a calm atmosphere where conversation and cuisine blend naturally. The aromas and sounds wafting from the open kitchen gently enhance the excitement of the meal. With a service that is both high-quality and relaxed, you can enjoy special days as well as everyday moments comfortably.

Just as a river gently shapes the landscape, we have also connected the flow of our daily learning and experiences to complete a dish. We align ourselves with the producers' intentions and the rhythm of the seasons, honing our skills and trimming away the excess. What remains is a straightforward and pure deliciousness. The name 'Kawajiri Restaurant' embodies our commitment to such sincere cooking.
